What is our return policy? If you are not 100% satisfied with any product(s) purchased at Techbesbuy.com you may return the merchandise for a 100% refund, less shipping, subject to the following requirements: 1. The customer is responsible for all return shipment/freight charges. For product returns that are not a result of a Techbestbuy.com error, you will need ship the item at your own expense. All items should be returned to the address which we may send to your Mailbox. 2. All returned merchandise must be purchased from Techbestbuy.com and returned within 2 weeks since you received your package. 3. To return an item as a result of a Techbestbuy.com error, please contact our customer support team by email at Shop@techbestbuy.com to receive a merchandise return label. Please note we are unable to send merchandise return labels for international returns at this time. 4. If a merchandise return label is provided the number must be clearly visible on the outside of every returned package. The returned package should include a copy of your receipt for the purchase of the returned product. 5. All Consumable items such as food and supplements must be returned in their original unopened condition to receive a full refund. 6. Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing. 7. Shipping Expenses We offer FREE Standdard US SHIPPING on all orders over $50 . Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping Process Orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday. Orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks but delays can happen during the holiday season (November-December). If there is a hold up for any other reason, we will contact you via email and let you know. Wintechon.com represents several manufacturers We ship most of our products directly from our fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado, while other products may come directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, multi-product orders may arrive in multiple packages from various points of origin. Backorder items During the Holiday Season (November – December), many items tend to sell out quickly. Most items will be available for backorder and are typically restocked 3-5 weeks later. If your order contains backorder items, please note that we will hold the entire order until the items are available. Unfortunately during this time we cannot split or combine any orders. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com. Tracking You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs. Missing Packages For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs.? If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
Payments We currently accept Visa, Paypal, Mastercard. Taxes Orders shipped outside California are not subject to sales tax. International Customs Fees Certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee. If you refuse to pay customs, we can only issue a refund for your order once USPS has returned the package back to us. Sometimes it takes 1-2 months to retrieve the package back from USPS.
